How much is shipping?

FREE shipping Australia wide!

Express Australian Shipping is $13.95 AUD.

For New Zealand orders, standard shipping is $8.95

For International orders (outside Australia), standard shipping is $17.95 AUD.

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We ship next business day.

Australian standard shipping orders will arrive within 1-7 business days.

Australian express shipping orders will arrive within 1-2 business days.

New Zealand shipping orders will arrive within 1-7 business days.

International orders will vary depending on location, between 5-15 business days.

 

Can I track my order?

Of course - once your order has been sent you will receive an email with your tracking number.

For Standard Shipping, you can track your parcel with Sendle.

For Express Australian Shipping, you can track your parcel with Australia Post.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

 

 

RETURNS

 

Can I make a return? 

If a style doesn't fit, you may return the item and we'll replace it with the correct size.

If you don't think this style suits you, we're happy to refund you. 

Items that are returned or exchanged must be in original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, have makeup marks or perfume cannot be returned. 

 

How long do I have to return it by? 

14 days. This includes transit time back to us, so please make sure you return your item within this time frame if you'd like a refund or exchange.

 

Can I return sale items? 

Please note there is no refund on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue store credit. This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes. *This does not include your 10% newsletter sign up code.

 

Who pays the return shipping cost? 

Return postage is at the cost of the shipper. 
We recommend if you need to return your item to send soon after receipt, so you can avoid paying higher express post costs to meet our 14 day deadline. 

 

How to exchange my item?

Please just follow these steps:

1. Let us know - just email us at info@trusttheprocess.com.co quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.

2. Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.

3. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method.
